ACCOUNTING
At Barefoot Vacations, maximizing the return on your investment is our first priority. We provide the most accurate and up-to-date accounting procedures available in the rental industry. Best of all, we handle all the financial details including:
- Collecting rents
- Providing a monthly accounting statement on your property
- Distributing rent proceeds to owners on a timely basis with speedy direct-deposits to your account and e mailing your monthly statements
- Documenting rental records and financial data on your property, including amounts spent for repairs and maintenance
SERVICE
We maintain a complete inventory of all personal items that are part of your property. We perform random spot checks as well as scheduled routine inspections. In addition, our cleaning and housekeeping crews are instructed to report any damage immediately after guest departures. A warranty fee is paid by guests to protect your property.
In the case of long-term or annual rentals, thorough procedures are used to qualify prospective tenants. Extensive background and credit investigations are conducted as part of the approval process and this information is carefully evaluated before tenants are accepted or approved.
